ARBUTUS LIBRARY

Sanders Designs was commissioned through an On-Call Contract to provide master planning and full design services for the new 33,000 sq ft Arbutus library/senior center and a 9,000 sq ft Recreation Center. Both facilities are housed on a re-designed 13.8 acre site and contain numerous amenities to meet the ever growing needs of the Baltimore County community.

In addition, both facilities have achieved LEED Certification; Gold Certification for the recreation center and Silver Certification for the library and senior center.
