RESTAURANTS
FLEET STREET KITCHEN
Sanders Designs was commissioned by the Bagby Restaurant Group to design an upscale restaurant in the Harbor East area of Baltimore City. The 5,200 sf vacant space was originally the kiln area of the Bagby Furniture Company, used for storing and drying wood. During construction, a lower level was discovered under the corridor and was turned into the expansive wine cellar. The 1902 structure created a backdrop for the rustic old-world style of the interior. The restaurant provides fine-dining on a raised level with an open kitchen concept, as well as a more casual lower level bar area.
