CHARLES VILLAGE PUB (Towson location)

After a tragic fire in Towson, MD, Sanders Designs was commissioned to re-design this well known local restaurant and bar in the downtown Towson area. Due to liquor licensing restraints, the new 12,500 sq ft facility was required to be designed and constructed within 12 months. The restaurant has two floors of bar and dining areas as well as a rear patio, a roof deck, and a full basement for storage and office space. The exterior design is a nod to the original structure with the stepped back corner entrance, but also features materials compatible with the surrounding landscape.
