Sinclair Broadcast Group commissioned Sanders Designs to complete and interior renovation of 36,000 sq ft of office space for their Television broadcast station in West Palm Beach, FL. Since the existing building had only one ADA accessible egress, which did not meet code, steps were taken to increase the means of egress. In addition, the building did not meet any current energy requirements so the design incorporated upgrades to meet these requirements. The project was phased into three projects in order to meet the accommodations needed by our client. The finished project has four studios, a news and production space, sales and technical areas to support the operations of the studios.
