A Former quarry site in Baltimore County allowed utilization of a water feature for the storm water management requirements. Placement of the building on the site took advantage of the water feature giving three of the four corners of a view of the pond. A taller first floor level accommodates conversion to retail use. The basement level has a higher floor to floor for mechanical equipment and a special use tenant.
