Sanders Designs was hired by the FreVen Foundation to do the program development and master planning of the 100 acre campus in Carroll County, Maryland. The campus masterplan was to include the following buildings: kindergarten thru 12th grades, lower school and administrative offices, and a middle and upper school building. The athletic arena included a gymnasium, athletic fields ,a track, tennis courts, and parking. As well as a performing arts center, campus library, dining facility, faculty housing, a central power plant and a physical plant/maintenance facility.
